Abstract:
Objective To study the inhibition effect of Lactbacillus acidophilus on Candidaalbicans infection of oral cavity.
Methods To establish Candidaalbicans infection model in vitro, and to observe the effect of Lactbacillus acidophilus on Candi daalbicans adhering to the shell membrane of oral cavity and its infection.
Results Candi daalbicans infection rate of Lactbacillus acidophilus which was alive and inoculated to miceoral cavity was obviously lower than that of dead Lactbacillus acidophilus group, epidemis staphylococcus group and control group at the same time.
Conclusion Lactbacillus acidophilus can obviously inhibit Candidaalbicans infection of oral cavity.
