Abstract:
Objective Through investigating the variations of lymphproliferation response and ratios of subgroup, to approach the effectof excess dosage potassium iodate on immune function of Tlymphocyte.
Methods 80 female BaLB/c were divided into 4 groups randomly according to their body weight, 20 foreach group, 10 of each group was considered as one batchfor test.mice in the 4groups were orally administrated including iodine 0, 1500, 3000, 6000Lg/L, respectively for 30 days.they were used to obser ve lymphprolifer ation response, CD4+/CD8+, Th1/Th2, the activity of natural-killer cells(NK).
Results On the 6000Lg/L, CD4+/CD8+ was significantlower than control's.lymphproliferation response, Th1/Th2, the activity of natural-killer cells(NK)were significanthig her than thatof control.
Conclusion Potassium iodate is exogenous chemical materials related to immune reaction. The dosage 6 000 g/L can induce disorders of immune function of Tlymphocyte of mice.It may have a central role in the developmentof autoimmune disease.
