高血压患者血脂水平与脑血管动力学参数关系的研究

Relationship Between Lipenia and Cerebrovascular D ynamic Indices in parients with hypertension

摘要: 检测了高血压患者血脂水平和脑血管动力学参数。结果发现，高血压患者的身体指数、红细胞压积、总胆固醇、甘油三酯及脑血管外周阻力和脑血管特性阻抗明显高于正常对照组，而高密度脂蛋白胆固醇和颈动脉血流量、血流速度明显低于正常对照组。颈动脉血流量与血压和血脂呈负相关，而脑血管外周阻力和脑血管特性阻抗与血压和血脂呈正相关。

Abstract: Lipan is and cerebrovascular dynanic indices in parents with hypertension(HP) were detean inert.It was found that BMIHCT,Ch,TG,vahxes of crelrovascular peripherial resis tance(R) and harac teristical inpedance(Zc) in parpnts with HP were signifiran than hingher than those in it icalhypertension (CHP) and controd,but HDL,values of carotid artery flow and veboity were significant lower than those in CHP and controt,There was a negative(orrelation be)veen vahes.
