老年痴呆与ApoE基因多态性分布的研究

Associatbn Between Polymorphign of Apoliprote in E and Senile Danentia

摘要: 为了解ApoE基因型在上海老年痴呆患者中的分布情况，进一步揭示ApoE基因多态性和老年痴呆的关系，对41例老年痴呆患者及42例正常老年人，用PCR-RFLT方法作了有关ApoE基因型的检测。结果发现，病例组中ApoE的E4等位基因频率显着高于对照组，OR值为3.66（95%CI为1.53～8.91）,提示等位基因E4是老年痴呆的危险因素。

Abstract: In an effort to explore the distrbutinn of Apo E genotype in senile danentia patient and to show up the association of poiymorphisn of Apo E and the senile dean entiwe have undertaken(ase) notro studies of the subjects of senile dun entia(n=41) and nounal on trots (n=42),the statues of Apo E gene was detean fined PCR-RFLP method we found that the E4 allele of Apo E was significant more frequen tinsen file danentia patents than in cnntroLs (P<0.01,OR=3.66,95%CI 1.53~8.91).
