锌对热应激大鼠红细胞免疫功能的影响

Effect of z in c on the red-cell in mune in heat-tressed rats

  • 摘要: 用高、中、低锌饲料喂养的大鼠经热暴露5分钟、30分钟和60分钟后进行血红细胞C3b受体酵母菌花环试验、红细胞免疫复合物花环试验,结果发现:无论是否经受热应激,红细胞C3b受体及红细胞免疫复合物花环率均为高锌组高于中锌组,中锌组高于低锌组(差异有显着性).提示锌不足导致红细胞免疫粘附功能减弱,降低其清除免疫复合物的能力,从而降低机体细胞免疫功能,不利于抵抗热应激。相反,充足的锌则有助于机体热耐力的形成。

     

    Abstract: Rats were fed with dptary contofined high,moderate and low zinc and then,received heat-stress for 5 min,30min and 60min,The red-cell C3b receptor and red-cell inmmune compoundrate(ICR)were measured in these rats The results suggested that the insuffioiencry of zincin take can result in the decreasing of the red-cell immune function and was helpless to resist heat-stress.
