137 pregnant women who entried prenatal care between 16~20Pw Were randomly divided into counsel group and control group The nurtrition surve was carried out during the second and third trimesters of prenancy The results showed that most of theca omen in the cnunselgroup changed their dietary cnnsun ption pattern after received nutrition services and education as cnm ponents of routine prenatal sare thier daily hemeiron and protein intake and iron status were in proved and the prevalence of il'on defipncy was depressed significancy compared with the cnntrol group.
