Investigation on Metabolic Activation of Benzoapyrene in Human Lung Tissue by the Test for Unschedu led DNA syntnesis in Lymphocytes

  • 摘要: 苯并(a)芘(BP)是一种在环境中广泛存在的致癌污染物。目前已经证明,BP进入细胞后需要经过芳烃羟化酶(AHH)和环氧化物水化酶(EH)代谢方可发挥致癌作用。肺脏是大气中污染物进入机体的主要门户,是BP发挥致癌作用的靶器官。
