应用免疫酶技术检测EHF病毒抗原

Detection of HFRS Viral Antigen with Immunoenzyme Assay

  • 摘要: 用r线照射灭活的EHF病毒抗原免疫动物,制备高效价的免疫血清和单克隆抗体。用此抗体试剂建立的检测EHF病毒抗原的ELISA夹心法、免疫酶染色法及EHF病毒微量滴定技术。在微量滴定病毒的过程中,比较了ELISA、免疫酶染色法、免疫荧光法的敏感性。结果证明,这三种方法中,ELISA最敏感,后两者敏感性相同。但免疫酶染色法不需装备荧光显微镜,应用更方便。

     

    Abstract: Polycloaal and monoclonal antibodies with high titers have been prepared by immunization of animals with inactivated HFRS virus.By the use of these antibodies,both ELISA sandwich method and immunoperoxidase staining technique for detection of HFRS viral antigens were developed.
