绿脓杆菌噬菌体分型及其与血清学分群关系

Phage Typing of Pseudonomas Aeruginosa and Its Relation with Secological Grouping

摘要: 本文在血清学分群基础上，对198株绿脓杆菌做了噬菌体分型，结果表明以5、3、1、6型居多，合占62.6%。病人、地板和拖布分离的菌株均以上述四型占优势，噬菌体与血清学分型法之间也有一定关联，即噬菌体5型菌株、其血清群主要为Ⅳ和Ⅱ群1型菌株其血清群主要为1和V群

Abstract: Based on serological grouping,phage typing was done on 198 strains of Pseudonomas aeragiaosa isolated ina hospital.he results showed that types 5,3,1 and 6 werepredominant,amounting to 62.6% altogether.
