Abstract: In the present paper, date from 9 pertinent published studies on the breast-feeding reducing infantile diarrhea were analyzed by means of Meta-analysis. Homogeneity test showedthat Random Effect Model should be selected for weightingand pooling data. The pooled OR value was 0.3458 with 95% confidence interval ranged from 0.2297 to 0.5205. The results confirmed the advantage of breast-feeding regarding to theprevention of infantile diarrhea.
