摘要: 用分子生物学方法动态观察hFRS患者外周血和单核细胞中在第3、5、7和14病日检出hFRSV抗原的同时, 发现hFRS患者在第3-14病日外周血单核细胞中亦可查到MP和NP, 说明hFRSV在其细胞内存留时间较长, 并不断有病毒MP和NP表达, 在早期MP表达较强者中大部分患者有典型5期经过或向重型发展; MP持续高表达者则病情重预后差.随着病程延长和机体产生中和抗体, 病毒复制减少, MP和NP表达也随之减弱乃至消失.此外, 轻型和重型病人血清抗体检测表明, 血清特异性I_gM滴度的高低与病情的轻重关系密切而I_gG则与病情轻重无关.

Abstract: To observe dyNaNic vaRIAtion of hFRSV antibody in peripheral bloodmon on unclear cells(PBMC)during 3rd. 5th. 7th. 14th day from the onset of the illness and memberane protein(MP)and nucleo protein(NP) of hFRSV COuld be detected. It demonstrated hFRSV COuld sTAy in cells for a long time and express viral MP and NP. The longer the illness went and the more neutralization antibody produced, the less hFRSV duplicated and viral protein in expressed. Additionaly, the detection of lighty and heavy type patient's serum show ed: patient's COndition related to titre of special IgM, not IgG.
