不同种类乙型肝炎基因重组疫苗接种小学生2年抗体反应效果观察

A clinical efficacy trial of different kinds of recombinant hepatits B vaccines,Chinese Hamster Ovary cell HB vaccine and Yeast HB vaccine

  • 摘要: 应用4批国产CHO乙肝疫苗和2批进口酵母乙肝疫苗(Merck,Amgen),对370名小学生进行了2年(T24)免疫效果观察。完成首针免疫后3月、(T3)7月、(T7)和12月(T12)时,各疫苗组的抗体阳转率均达90%以上,其后开始下降。T7时国产CHO疫苗抗体滴度与进口酵母疫苗无明显差异。T12时Amgen疫苗组抗体GMT显著高于其他各疫苗组。T24时Merck苗组和一批CHO苗组抗体滴度显著低于其他各疫苗组。结果表明国产CHO疫苗抗体反应达到进口酵母疫苗水平。

     

    Abstract: 4 batches of Chinese Hamester Overy cell(CHO)derived vaccine(Institute of Changchun Biological Products,10ug/dose)and 2 batches of yeast derived vaccind(YDV:Amgen,10ug/dose,Merck,5ug/dose)were administered to 370 children by 0,1,6 schedule.After vaccination(T7,T12),the antibody positive tates of all groups were above 90% and declined slowly afterwards.At the twelfth month from the first dose,the anti-HBs level of Amgen group was significantly higher than these of other vaccines groups.However,the levels of Merck and CHO-A group were significantly lower than that of other vaccines groups at T24.The results showed that the anti-HBs response of CHO vaccine was similar to that of yeast vaccine.
