Abstract: The health examination from 53 CHD patients found that about twenty percents ECG of CHD patients were normal.We divided these patients into two groups:A group there are ECG alter,B group there are no ECG alter.A and B groups compared inseparately with normal control group(N group,97 patients)in the serum trace elements Se,Mg,Zn,Mo contents.The results showed a significant lower level serum Mg and Zn contents in the A group than in the N group,a silghtly higher level of serum Mo contents but no significant in the B group than in the N group and A group.This paper proved that there are some relationship between the serum trace elements Se,Mg,Zn,Mo contents and the ECG changes in the CHD patient.
