铁(Ⅱ)-邻二氮菲-CPB体系分光光度法测定抗坏血酸

Determination of Ascorbic Acid in Pharmaceutical Products with Iron(Ⅲ)-O-Phenanthroline System by Spectrophotometry

  • 摘要: 基于抗坏血酸还原Fe(Ⅲ)-邻二氮菲为桔红色的铁(Ⅱ)-邻二氮菲的反应,研究了在阳离子表面活性剂-溴代十六烷基吡啶(CPB)水溶液中分光光度法测定抗坏血酸的方法。用于实际样品中抗坏血酸含量的测定,结果令人满意。

     

    Abstract: This paper is based on the redox-complexation reaction between Fe(Ⅲ)and ascorbic acid,the resulting Fe(Ⅱ)reacts with o-phenanthroline to from the orange-red coloured ferrion chelate complex,and studies measuring the absorbance of this complex with cerylpyridinium bromide.The method is simple and rapid.
