Abstract:
Carbon disulfide (CS
2) is an organic solvent and an important chemical raw material and has toxic effect on various systems and organs.In recent years,the reproductive toxicity of CS
2 has been widely considered.Reproductive effects occurred in female and male factory workers after long-term exposure to CS
2.For women,the toxic effects mainly focused on menstruation,sex hormones,time-to-pregnancy and pregnancy outcomes.While for men the adverse effects focused on sperm,sex hormones,sexual function and reproductive outcomes.
