诺如病毒消毒灭活方法研究进展

Research advances in disinfection and inactivation methods for norovirus

  • 摘要: 诺如病毒是全球范围内导致人患急性胃肠炎的主要病原体之一,具有感染剂量低、排毒量大、环境抗性强和传播途径多样等特点,难以预防和控制,至今尚无针对性的疫苗和药物等特异性治疗和防控手段,给全球公共卫生带来了极大的挑战和威胁。因此,快速高效的杀灭病毒、有效切断病原体传播途径对成功防控诺如病毒的感染和流行具有重要意义。本文就2000 — 2023年有关诺如病毒消毒灭活方法及其应用情况进行综述,为采取科学、有效的阻断措施降低人群感染诺如病毒的风险提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Norovirus is a leading cause of acute gastroenteritis in humans worldwide. Norovirus infection is characterized by low infectious dose, high viral shedding, strong environmental resistance and multiple modes of transmission, making it difficult to prevent and control. To date, there are no targeted vaccines or drugs for the specific treatment and prevention of norovirus infection, which represents a major challenge and threat to global public health. Therefore, rapid and efficient virus inactivation and effective interruption of pathogen transmission routes are of great importance for successful prevention and control of norovirus infections and outbreaks. This article reviews the disinfection and inactivation methods for norovirus and their applications from 2000 to 2023, providing a reference for the adoption of scientific and effective interdiction measures to reduce the risk of human infection with norovirus.
