  • 摘要: 人工智能已成为公共卫生系统创新的驱动力,尤其在疾病风险监测、诊断和治疗等方面,极大地提升了公共卫生服务的效率和准确性。然而,目前人工智能与公共卫生策略的融合仍处于初级阶段,面临众多挑战,只有不断审视可能存在的问题和风险,才能确保人工智能在公共卫生领域的应用既安全又能满足实际需求。本文概述了人工智能在提升公共卫生服务效率、增强疾病监测和响应能力、促进公共卫生领域健康公平方面的现状,并指出了其在数据收集、算法准确性、伦理和隐私等方面所面临的挑战,以期为人工智能助力公共卫生策略的优化提升提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Artificial intelligence (AI) has become a driving force for innovation in public health systems, significantly enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of public health services, particularly in disease risk monitoring, diagnosis, and treatment. However, the integration of AI with public health strategies is still in its early stages and faces numerous challenges. Continuous examination of potential problems and risks is crucial to ensure that the application of AI in public health is both safe and meets practical needs. This article provides an overview of the current state of AI in improving the efficiency of public health services, enhancing disease surveillance and response capabilities, and promoting health equity in the public health field. It also highlights the challenges faced by AI in data collection, algorithm accuracy, ethics, and privacy. This review aims to provide a reference for optimizing and enhancing public health strategies through the application of AI.
